LOGLINE: After being fired while on a work trip overseas, a broke, single, and recently-turned 40-year-old Sadie is unwillingly thrown into her own perimenopausal coming-of-age story, forced to start over at her big age. Back home in NYC, licking her wounds from unemployment and a falling out with her best friend, Sadie is faced with a search for fulfillment, friendship, and rent money, while mostly getting in her own way.
